ABOUT TRAINER

Sanath is a trainer with a PhD in Knowledge Management and has a background in computing and information systems. He is an Agile, Knowledge Management, Personal, and Mindset Development Trainer, Consultant, and Coach with a strong skillset in Agile Project Management, Project Management Fundamentals, and Agile/Project Management Consulting. 

He has provided training and consulting services to various organizations in Malaysia and Singapore, including public works departments, banks, universities, and robotics academies. Additionally, he has experience in Knowledge Management (KM) training and consulting for companies in various industries, such as solar energy, sports, and law. Sanath also conducts individual and personal development training, such as mindset engineering and team transformation.
