Job Scope
We are excited to announce that we are currently hiring for two key positions within our company. We are looking for a talented Corporate Administrator and a driven Business Development Consultant to join our team.
Corporate Administrator
Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our organization by providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Business Development Consultant
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue for our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Corporate Administration Manager and team, including meeting scheduling, email management, and file and record maintenance.

Assist with the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

Coordinate and arrange work assignments and responsibilities for team members

Monitor budgets and financial resources, including expense tracking and the preparation of required reports

Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure the successful completion of all operational duties and projects.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and assist with implementing new strategies and technologies as needed

Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate Administration Manager
Requirements:

Understanding or have basic knowledge about HRD Corp claiming grant application

Associate degree in business or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
