• The methodology used for teaching the Agile Leadership course is a combination of interactive lectures, PowerPoint presentations, discussions, and practical exercises. The course content consists of eight modules covering topics such as Agile Methodologies, VUCA environments, Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Thinking, Change Management, Team Leadership, Innovation and Creativity, and Agility and Adaptability. The exercises are designed to help participants apply Agile methodology in their workplace and include activities such as group discussions, case studies, and simulations.
