Stakeholder Relationship Management is a practical 2-day instructor-led workshop designed for professionals navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. Whether leading a transformation, managing cross-functional teams, or driving strategic initiatives, your ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders is essential to success.


This course equips participants with the tools and frameworks needed to:

  • Map stakeholders using the Power-Interest Matrix

  • Clarify governance roles and define communication plans using the RACI Matrix

  • Build empathy and influence using DISC and MBTI personality insights

  • Resolve stakeholder conflicts with proven models like the Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI) and Interest-Based Relational Approach


On Day 1, the focus is on foundational strategy—understanding the stakeholder lifecycle, defining governance roles (e.g., Sponsor, Portfolio Manager, Product Manager), and adapting communication styles using behavior models. Participants will also learn how to manage expectations and influence key decision-makers across a project lifecycle.


Day 2 goes deeper into emotional intelligence, trust building, conflict navigation, and cross-functional collaboration. Participants will use MBTI profiles to decode stakeholder behaviors and develop long-term engagement plans that extend beyond project closure.

Real-world case discussions, simulations, and interactive activities ensure learners leave with actionable strategies tailored to their workplace.
