The AI Accelerated Innovation workshop integrates Design Thinking, Critical Reasoning, and Generative AI to help business teams validate ideas and transform them into digital prototypes — fast. Module 1: Principles of Design Thinking for Digital Innovation
Learn the five stages of design thinking — Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Reframe business problems using SCQA and the 5 Whys, and introduce critical reasoning as a decision-making lens.
Module 2: Understanding the User — Persona & Journey Mapping
Construct user personas with AI-generated insights and map their journeys to identify friction points, decision triggers, and emotional states.
Module 3: Ideation Through Brainwriting
Generate and expand ideas collaboratively through structured silent brainwriting, cluster them into UX and logic categories, and use AI to challenge and evaluate each theme.
Module 4: The Art of Prompting & Prototype Evaluation
Structure prompts for AI-driven UI generation, use the “Ultimate Prompting Method,” and apply usability heuristics for interface evaluation.
Module 5: Prototype Testing & Stakeholder Simulation
Conduct walkthroughs and simulate stakeholder personas (e.g., Legal, IT, Customer Service) using AI. Roleplay objections and refine UI elements through feedback and re-prompting.
