Campaign Validity
This promotion is offered in conjunction with GemRain’s Anniversary and is valid for confirmations made on or before 23 June 2026.

Eligibility
The promotion applies exclusively to corporate clients booking eligible private in-house training sessions with GemRain.

Primary Training Requirement
A full-fee primary in-house training must be confirmed before the RM5,230 training entitlement is unlocked.

Second Training Entitlement
Each confirmed primary training entitles the client to one (1) additional in-house training session at a promotional rate of RM5,230, selected from a predefined list of eligible courses.

Course Selection
The RM5,230 training must be chosen from the approved course list determined by GemRain. Course availability is subject to scheduling and trainer availability.

Training Venue & Logistics
All training sessions under this promotion are conducted at the client’s premises. For locations outside of Klang Valley, accommodation and transportation costs for the trainer(s) are not included and will be quoted separately.

Utilization Period
The second training must be conducted within 60 days from the completion date of the primary training. Unused entitlements beyond this period will be forfeited.

Scope and Delivery
Both primary and secondary training sessions will follow the agreed scope, duration, and delivery format. Any customization or additional requirements may be subject to additional charges.

Non-Transferability
This promotion is non-transferable and must be utilized by the same organization that confirmed the primary training.

Non-Stackable
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, bundled pricing, or special promotional offers unless explicitly agreed in writing by GemRain.

Changes & Rescheduling
Any rescheduling requests are subject to GemRain’s standard policies and must fall within the 60-day utilization window.

Right to Amend
GemRain reserves the right to amend the terms of this promotion, including eligible course lists and scheduling, without prior notice, where necessary.
