Agile software development is a set of approaches focusing on iterative development, in which requirements and solutions change through cooperation among self-organizing cross-functional teams. Agile development's ultimate benefit is that it helps teams to deliver products faster, with higher quality and predictability, and more capacity to adjust to change. Two of the most extensively utilized Agile techniques are Scrum and Kanban.
